When will my order ship?
Orders ship out Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time, and typically ship out within 1-3 business days (not including weekends). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

Some parts are built-to-order and/or require additional lead times to complete, please refer to the product listings for current lead times.

I'm having issues with my tracking
In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us and we will give you the inside info.

What's your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at with your Order # and we'll help you place the return.

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
